Ham & Macaroni Casserole
Ham it up for dinner and your entire family will be applauding . This creamy ham and celery casserole is your perfect meal solution. Remember to cook the macaroni very “al dente” because the casserole will bake for 30 minutes.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 cup(s) (uncooked) macaroni
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped onions
- 1/3 cup(s) chopped celery
- 3 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1/8 cup(s) flour
- 1 1/4 cup(s) milk
- 1 cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cup(s) diced ham
Directions
Cook macaroni as directed on pkg. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, about 10 minutes. Add flour and blend. Add milk and cook over low heat, until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken soup. Add diced ham. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
