Healthy Turkey Taco Salad
Get creative with this healthful twist on the traditional taco. Add your favorite veggies and taco fixins and wrap it all up in a soft corn tortilla if you like. You won't even miss the ground beef!

- 16 ounce(s) ground turkey breast
- 1/2 Taco seasoning packet
- 1 cup(s) salsa
- 1/2 cup(s) Diced tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon(s) Fat-free sour cream
- 1 cup(s) Reduced-fat grated cheddar cheese
- 4 shredded lettuce servings
Directions
In large skillet, brown turkey; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare per package directions. In salad bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes and salsa. Add turkey, cheese and sour cream.
