Kimmy's Chicken
A chicken stuffed with carrots and celery makes a perfect Sunday family meal. You can add onions, garlic, and other spices to enhance the flavor. For a bonus, use the pan drippings to create a simple, stovetop gravy with just some flour and butter.
Ingredients

- 1 whole chicken
- 1 cup(s) carrots
- 1 cup(s) chopped celery
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stuff your chicken with celery and carrots. Rub salt and pepper over the chicken. Bake for one hour, thirty minutes.
