Low Fat Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 cup(s) fat-free milk
- 1 1/4 cup(s) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup(s) fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 dash(es) pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 cup(s) cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/10 cup(s) grated onion
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) paprika
Directions
In a blender combine the milk, cheeses and pepper. Cover and process until creamy. Pour into a bowl; stir in macaroni and onion. Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until heated through.
