- 8 ounce(s) mushrooms, whole
- 2 cup(s) cherry tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 5 ounce(s) olives, super colossal
- 1/3 pound(s) sliced roast beef, cut into strips and rolled up and secured with toothpicks
- 12 ounce(s) artichoke hearts, drained
- 11 ounce(s) peperoncini peppers, drained
- 1/2 pound(s) provolone cheese, cubed
- 1/4 pound(s) salami, slice rolled up and secured with toothpicks lettuce leaves
- 1 Marinade Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- 1/2 cup(s) vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon(s) honey
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients.
Marinade vegetables in container overnight.
Place green leaf or other decorative lettuce leaves on large platter. Arrange vegetables, meats, and cheeses decoratively over lettuce leaves.
