Mexican Fish
Go south of the border for this healthful fish entrée. It has the right combination of sweet and hot flavors to start a fiesta in your mouth!
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 16 ounce(s) turbot or other white fish
- 2 cup(s) salsa
- 2 floz orange juice
- 4 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1/2 cup(s) onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
Directions
Brown onions, peppers and garlic. Remove from pan. Brown fish on both sides. Add salsa, juice, honey, onion, peppers and garlic. Simmer until completely done.
