Ingredients

- 1/3 cup(s) vinegar
- 1/2 cup(s) evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions
- Add sugar to vinegar and stir until sugar has dissolved. Beat in milk until mixture thickens. To use for slaw, pour over slaw. Use a fork to blend dressing through shredded cabbage or matchstick broccoli.
