Mom's Sweet Potato Crisp

Ingredients
For 8 people
- 40 ounce(s) can cut sweet potatoes, drained
- 8 ounce(s) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup(s) chopped apples
- 2/3 cup(s) chopped cranberries
- 1/2 cup(s) old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup(s) flour
- 1/3 cup(s) cold butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped Planters Pecans
- 3/4 cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar, (will be divided)
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup of the sugar and cinnamon with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; top with apples and cranberries. Stir flour, oats and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in medium bowl. Incrementally cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then stir in pecans. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
