Pork Pot Roast
There's nothing like a moist and tender pot roast to soothe your craving for some comfort food. Serve this roast over rice and with a side of fresh green beans for a well-rounded meal.
Ingredients
For 6 people
- 8 ounce(s) pork roast
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) bay leaves or 1 bay leaf
- 1 floz water
- 2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Directions
Sprinkle the roast with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put the sliced onion in a slow cooker, then add the seasoned roast. Add the bay leaf, soy sauce and water. Cover and cook for 1 hour on high, then for 6-8 hours on low.
