Pork Sausage Stew

Ingredients
For 3 people
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
- 8 floz water
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) bay leaves (bay leaf)
- 2 medium onions, quartered
- 6 carrots, pared, cut into julienne pieces
- 1 1/2 cup(s) diced celery
- 2 potatoes, pared and diced
- 1 floz water
- 1/10 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 16 ounce(s) Pork Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon(s) Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
Directions
Combine broth, 1-cup water, pepper, bay leaf and vegetables, except potatoes, in a 4-quart saucepot. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Add potatoes; cook until vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaf. Mix 2 tbsp. of water with flour; stir into vegetables. Add sausages and cook for 15 minutes. Add salt and top each serving with cheese.
