- 3 potatoes, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/10 cup(s) flour
- 2/3 tablespoon(s) grated onion
- 1/10 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 dash(es) salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together; drop by spoonful and fry in 1/2 in. deep shortening until brown on both sides. Serve with applesauce and/or sour cream.
