Sub Bites

Small bites with big flavor. You can use any deli meat of your choice. These sandwiches are prepared in the microwave oven. You can cut them up into bite-sized portions.

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 1 sub buns
  • 1 Sliced meats
  • 1 onions, chopped
  • 1 Swiss cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 lettuce, chopped
  • 1 italian dressing

Directions

  1. Layer your choice of three types of meat on a sub bun. Add onions and Swiss cheese. Heat in microwave until cheese is melted and top with tomato and lettuce and sprinkle desired amount of Italian dressing over tomato and lettuce; place top of bun on sandwich. Cut into small servings.
