Sweet Potato Fries
When your tastebubs are looking for french fries but your waist is screaming no, try these sweet potoato fries as a substitute. These fries have a bit of salt and sweet and are better for the body. The WILL quench the fry craving.
Ingredients
For 2 people
- 3 medium size sweet potatoes or yams
- 1/2 cup(s) oil
- 1 dash(es) salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss sweet potato wedges with oil, salt and pepper. Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet. Bake until browned and tender, turning once, for about 20 minutes total.
