Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella Sandwich

- 16 ounce(s) loaf Italian bread
- 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 ounce(s) fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
- 4 floz balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Layer the basil, tomato slices, and mozzarella cheese between the two halves of bread. Cut into four sandwiches.
In a small dish, stir together the balsamic vinegar, red pepper flakes and the extra-virgin olive oil.
