Tuna Wrap
Lunch is all wrapped up with this high-protein, tangy and delicious twist on the same old tuna fish sandwich. Wrap it up, bag it up and enjoy your lunch hour!
Ingredients
For 3 people
- 1 6 oz can solid white tuna in water (drained)
- 1/4 cup(s) diced onions
- 2 diced hard boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoon(s) fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped celery
- 1 diced golden delicious apple
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 3 taco-sized flour tortillas
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, except lettuce and tortillas. Place one lettuce leaf and 1/3 of tuna salad mix on each tortilla, then fold like a burrito. Slice in half and serve.
