Watermelon -Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 4 cup(s) cold watermelon, seeds removed
  • 2 cup(s) fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
  • 8 ounce(s) low-fat lemon yogurt (or nonfat plain yogurt)
  • 2 cup(s) crushed ice
  • 1 sugar substitute, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Variation: Add a peeled and sliced banana to smoothie mixture before blending. Depending on your dietary inclinations, you can substitute scoops of vanilla ice cream for the yogurt.
