Also, remember to treat yourself. Enjoying a small glass of wine, some berries and ice cream, or a small frozen treat is a great way to reward yourself at the end of the day. Being on a diet doesn't have to mean starving yourself. By eating the right foods at the right time of day you can feel satisfied and full all day long. Just remember, looking like a supermodel doesn't mean you have to eat like one.
