Practice positive self dialogue

What you tell yourself is more important than what others tell you. This is because your "inner dialogue" often reflects how you feel about yourself. That's why some people can deal with outside crisis better than others. If a person likes who they are, it doesn't matter what other people say about them. Start this process by saying something positive to yourself. It could be "I love my eyes." The more you do this, the better you will feel about who you are.

Eat Well

"You are what you eat." What you put in our body comes out in your appearance. It is essential to have a well-balanced diet that contains vitamin c, d, a, and a. These vitamins help make the skin look better. Fish like salmon and tuna are excellent because they contain Omega 3 fatty acids. Green vegetables like asparagus and spinach are excellent for the body. Variety and moderation are the keys to a healthy diet. When you eat well, you feel better. In the long run, you will begin to look better.

Daily Exercise

Physical activity is great for the body. It will help you look better, feel better and do better in life. You could exercise by walking, running, jogging, doing squats, pull ups, or stretches. Determine what fits your fitness style. Find time to do some form of physical activity -- 30 minutes a day, 3 to 4 times a week.

These are just some of the ways you can start feeling better about yourself. If you look within and tap into what is already there, you will find you have everything you need. Being you is enough.
