It's the most wonderful time of the year, yet some people can't help but get down in the dumps around the holidays. Experts suggest that you lower your expectations for the holidays. Try not to take on too much. Figure out what you can reasonably do without completely overtaxing yourself. If it feels like too much, it usually is. Recruit a support system. Give tasks to loved ones who are willing to lend a helping hand. Don't try to be a martyr.
