In the initial stages of a relationship when the thrill of new love is in the air, you might start thinking whether or not this new guy is going to be The One. And if you're ready to commit - whether it's becoming exclusive now and perhaps a proposal down the road - you have to be sure he's ready, too. You're setting yourself up for heartbreak if you get involved with a commitment-phobic guy, so know the signs if you think he may have trouble in a one-on-one relationship later. A guy who's not ready to commit finds fault in just about everything - including you - no matter how nit-picky his complaints seem. If it seems like he's too critical and just looking for flaws where there aren't really any, then that's probably the case, and it has nothing at all to do with you.
