Quick food is a big part of modern life these days, making it terribly laborious to show a child how he or she ought to eat healthy. - Dress the vegetables up. Just as calling them names encourages them eat healthy foods, making them look funny helps, too. You can do this by creating funny designs on the plate, or setting them up to seem like people. Although some parents don't like their youngsters playing with their food, sometimes it helps to urge them to eat healthier.
