Antipasto
4 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained
2 cups diced tomatoes
3/4 cup cubed nonfat mozzarella cheese
2 ounces deli-style fat-free turkey, cubed
1 cup fat-free Balsamic vinaigrette
Cracked black pepper to taste
1 tsp. dried basil
In a bowl, toss together artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cheese, turkey cubes, balsamic vinaigrette, and pepper. Garnish with dried basil.
